3. Booking & Payment

All services must be scheduled in advance and confirmed in writing or via our booking system.

A deposit or full payment may be required to reserve services, depending on the scope of the event.

Final payment is due by the date of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of service or additional fees.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date if rescheduled within the required timeframe.

If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refunds for digital or printed products are not available once delivered.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

All photographs taken by [Photographer’s Name] remain the intellectual property of the photographer.

Clients receive personal use rights for digital images but may not resell, edit, or use them for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate event information including date, time, location(s), and special instructions.

Comply with all safety instructions given by our officers during services.

Ensure all event participants follow local traffic laws and guidelines while under escort.

Inform us of any changes or delays as soon as possible.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may compromise safety and could result in service cancellation without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Priority 1 Traffic Safety is not liable for:

Delays or service disruptions caused by traffic, weather, emergencies, or third-party actions beyond our control.

Damage to vehicles or property not caused directly by our staff’s negligence.

Injuries or incidents resulting from client or third-party failure to follow instructions.

Our liability for any claims will not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service involved.

8. Professional Conduct & Safety

Our officers are trained professionals and operate in accordance with local laws and industry best practices. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if client behavior endangers public safety, interferes with escort procedures, or violates these Terms.
